Students selected to represent the Virginia Moose Association (VMA) at the International Youth Awareness Congress will be notified on this day by Chairman Manny Propost. If he is unable to reach the delegate, he will leave a message. All delegates have 48 hours to respond to Chairman Manny. If a selected delegate does not respond with 48 hours, they will forfeit their opportunity and it will be given to an alternate.
