Only one submission per email. Siblings must have their own email address. Submission must be completed by December 31st 11:59p ET. No late submission or email submissions will be accepted.
The peer judging and chairman points will be added to create a ranking list based on total earned scores for all participants who made a final submission.
Students selected to represent the Virginia Moose Association (VMA) at the International Youth Awareness Congress will be notified on this day by Chairman Manny Propost.
